Though there were unnecessary hassles in initially setting up an appointment, and cancellation issues (twice), the guys here are genuine and sincere. They do their best to make you happy as a customer, and stand behind their work. Its worth a shot.

After a bad first impression with no one showing up for my appointment I was offered a free detail. They did a really good job and apologized multiple times. I really appreciated them realizing their mistake and fixing it. It’s what good companies should do.

I visited Vivid Shades in July 2017 after lot of internet research and as a first time customer I must say that I am impressed with the service and the quality of work these guys do. I was told that the minor bubbles will be gone within a week or so and they did disappear after a week. My car looks fantastic. I would recommend Vivid Shades to everyone.
I first took my 2 vehicles to Vivid Shades to tint the windows and Ken offered a very good deal for the service and did a really neat job. I then proceeded to book a detailing for one of my vehicles. They cancelled on the day of service and rebooked for the next day. They were late the next day but in the end, they did a really thorough job detailing my vehicle. I then proceeded to detail my second vehicle and once again, they cancelled and rebooked for another day. And once again, they did a really good job detailing the vehicle. I would definitely recommend their tinting and detailing services but the only issue is they are very poor in responding and tend to overbook their services so you need to always keep in touch, which in itself can get quite tricky.
Excellent service. Ken is a great guy, made the customer feel comfortable, took his time and did the work properly. On top of that offered lifetime warranty, and free advice on what products to use. Cant get any better than that. Highly recommend him to everyone.
